Prototype. Disputes are synthetic (generator: snhp/cs_negotiation_dataset.py). The negotiation is run by the real SNHP core — sell_next_offer / buy_next_offer via POST /v1/dispute/negotiate — so no outcomes are assumed. Not connected to any real platform.
